Therapy for Different Life Stages
Children
Some children struggle to express their feelings, while others withdraw from social interactions or experience behavioral challenges at home or school. My goal is to uncover what’s beneath their struggles and provide them with the tools they need to thrive.
Adolescents
The teenage years are filled with change—academic pressures, social complexities, and emotional challenges. I help teens develop coping strategies, navigate relationships, and manage stress so they can move forward with confidence.
Young Adults
Transitioning into adulthood brings new challenges, including independence, decision-making, and managing emotions. I provide a space for young adults to process these experiences, learn effective coping skills, and build emotional resilience.
Parent Guidance & Support
Parents play an essential role in their child’s mental health. I offer guidance to help parents understand their child’s challenges, implement effective strategies, and foster a supportive home environment.
What to Expect
I offer virtual therapy through PSYPACT, allowing clients in participating states to access specialized care without geographical limitations. If you're in a PSYPACT-approved state, you can receive expert care from the comfort of home. Click here to learn more.
While my practice is primarily virtual, I also offer in-person sessions one day per week in Vienna, Virginia, for those who may benefit from face-to-face support. Contact me to learn more.
Step 1: Schedule a Consultation
A brief phone consultation gives us a chance to discuss your concerns, answer any questions, and determine if we’re a good fit to work together.
Step 2: Book Your First Session
A 60-minute intake session allows us to discuss concerns, set goals, and create a personalized treatment plan. If therapy is for a child, this session is parent-only to gather important background information.
Step 3: Support for Long Term Growth
Therapy is a process. We’ll regularly review progress and adjust the approach as needed to ensure continued success. Most clients begin with weekly sessions to develop skills and track progress. As goals are met, session frequency may adjust.
